VT6105 [Rhine-III] (rev 86)\r\nSubsystem: VIA Technologies, Inc.: Unknown device 0105<\/pre>\n<p>And with pci-id 1106:3106 (rev 86), I found on <a href=\"http:\/\/pciids.sourceforge.net\/pci.ids\">PCI IDs database<\/a> the reference :<\/p>\n<pre>3106  VT6105 [Rhine-III]\r\n1186 1403  DFE-530TX rev C<\/pre>\n<p>On Linux, this chipset seems to be a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scyld.com\/ethercard_drivers.html\"> VIA Rhine chipset<\/a> and it works fine with via-rhine Linux driver. On Windows XP, card is recognized as Realtek card and works with Realtek driver. On OpenBSD, card works with vr driver&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>MAC address confirms me that is Realtek card : <a href=\"http:\/\/www.coffer.com\/mac_find\/?string=00%3AE0%3A4C\">http:\/\/www.coffer.com\/mac_find\/?string=00%3AE0%3A4C<\/a><br \/>\nThen I have <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vntek.com\/en\/products\/rhine\/vt6105m\/\">VIA chipsets<\/a> marked as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.realtek.com.tw\/products\/products1-2.aspx?modelid=10\">Realtek Chipsets <\/a>!<br \/>\nPerhaps a factory error&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At work, we have cheap network cards for tests.
